Each workout is designed to be completed in under five minutes and help kids practice a skill related to confidence. One day they might be telling stories about what they’ve learned from doing something hard — another day they might be practicing positive self-talk they can use when they feel down on themselves.

We always start our workouts with legendary, real-life stories about people — from celebrities to other kids — who used that day’s technique to build their confidence. And every workout has an action we ask a kid to take — which might be as simple as thinking about a question and sharing their response with a parent — so that they’re always practicing becoming more confident.
